Villa Torre Borraco is a beautiful property with swimming pool and panoramic sea view, a perfect place to spend your holidays in Puglia, on the beaches of the Taranto Ionian arch, immersed in the lush greenery of the Terre del Primitivo.

The villa is located in the homonymous town, Torre Borraco, on the coast of Manduria. It has a large garden with parking, outdoor spaces equipped for relaxation, swimming pool area with solarium and large terrace overlooking the sea.

The villa, recently built, can accommodate up to 8 people.
The interiors are introduced by a large living area consisting of a living room furnished with a large corner sofa, fireplace and 1 single pouf bed under a splendid star vault, a modern dining room and a complete kitchenette.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and 1 triple bedroom with double bed + single bunk bed. The villa is completed by 2 bathrooms with shower.

The sea is very close: just a few minutes by car or bicycle to reach the beautiful beaches of Torre Borraco, among the wildest and most uncontaminated on the coast of Manduria, awarded with the Blue Flag and part of the protected area.

The nearest town is Maruggio, just 5 km away. The city of Manduria is also very close, about 8 km away, and the city of Avetrana about 11 km away.
