Villa Matimpa

Villa Matimpa is a property completed in 2024 standing in a panoramic position between Scicli and the sea.

The villa was built respecting the surrounding environment, reusing every single stone (Timpa) present in the land.

The property has two buildings, close but not attached: one for guests and the other where the owners live.

The large size of the property, the functional separation of the outdoor spaces and the privacy of the owners guarantee absolute privacy, even when using the swimming pool.

The entrance is through the kitchen-living area, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside and the sea. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

From the living area you can also access the panoramic covered veranda.
