Villa Fumarola is an amazing stone farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and equipped with an exclusive bio swimming pool with a small beach and hydromassage.

Two large rooms with sliding glass doors that become two comfortable open verandas overlook the pool area and the solarium. In one of the verandas there is a modern, well-equipped American kitchen, with a kitchenette on an island and a dining room.

The second veranda is a living room with large and comfortable sofas. There is also a separate laundry room and an outdoor area with an outdoor shower and sink.

The 4 double suites have all independent access and each is equipped with a mini kitchenette with induction hob and mini fridge and bathroom with shower.

The location of the villa is perfect to reach all the most beautiful places in the area: Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica. A short distance from the masseria there is a refreshment point in a service station with a bar and minimarket, where you can buy basic necessities.
