Villa dei Normanni

Villa dei Normanni is a brand new luxury villa immersed in a large garden of over 6 thousand square meters with swimming pool, solarium and outdoor showers, and equipped with all the most modern comforts. It can accommodate 4 people.

Next to the swimming pool, surrounded by the English lawn, there are deckchairs for the solarium and armchairs for relaxing in the shade. The villa is introduced by a veranda where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.

In the large living room with wooden canopy and windows that allow you to enjoy the amazing panorama, there is a large sofa for relaxing, the TV and the dining room. Next to it, the spacious well-equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. There is also 1 bathroom with shower. Outside, next to the showers, there is the second service bathroom.

The villa is located on the highest point of the countryside of San Vito dei Normanni, just a few minutes from the city center where all the main services are located, and right next to the Diffused Museum Castello d`Alceste.

The closest beaches are those on the Adriatic Sea and the Itria Valley is within easy reach, with beautiful ancient villages and rural landscapes reachable in a few minutes by car.
