Outside a kitchen equipped with a stove with 4 burners, a veranda with sitting area and a pergola equipped with table and chairs for lunch or dinner with the sea on the horizon.
The house is surrounded by a garden with heated jacuzzi.
The villa is located in a very central position: you can, in fact, walk to a nearby market for basic necessities, with a coffee shop and bar while the nearest restaurant is just a few minutes drive away.
